Dreamer is a brand-new indoor light festival created for curious minds of all ages.

Dreamer blasts off on 3 April 2026 at the stunning new New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC) in central Auckland — transforming this state-of-the-art venue into an interactive world of colour, movement and light.

Designed with families in mind, Dreamer is completely weatherproof, affordable, and perfectly timed for the April school holidays — making it an easy, exciting day out in the heart of the city. Whether you’re bringing toddlers, tweens, teens or just your own inner child, Dreamer is bound to delight.

Set inside the vast Ariki Hall (roughly the size of Eden Park’s pitch), Dreamer invites visitors to explore large-scale light installations and interactive moments designed to spark curiosity and imagination.
